I own the Vertical Project and just by reading all the volumes i have learned things i never knew about the vertical leap before, especially how important nutrition is. Since my season is coming up in two months i dont want to start it until the season is over so i can fully focus on it. When i start it up i’ll let everyone know. But by far the best vertical leap program I have ever seen.

man, the vertical project may be the best but Im just a 12 year old and at the price theyre askin for ( around 300 But Luke might actually up his price to like 2000 any of these days) dont u think that its a little ridic for some people?

I’m probably not the best to comment on this, as I’m obsessed and buy everything that comes out…

For the ordinary kid out there who are just going through a phase, yea sure it wouldn’t appeal to them but if you get obsessed like I am, money wont be holding you back.

Why were on the price comment though, just a quick heads up about what Luke told me on the phone. I’m not sure if his said this on the site yet, but the reason he wants to raise the price is so kids of the street can’t just get his program and have huge verts. He wants to keep it just for real athletes & people who are 100% dedicated. By raising the price more, it’ll be more of an exclusive item and it’ll prevent everyone having 40+ verts

I like that idea myself, what good is a 40″ vert if everyone else has one?

    i have go up strong
since its only 27$, you have nothing to lose (except 27$ lol)
but from using it in about a month ive gained about 6 inches to my vertical
    im only 5′8″
but ive went from barely dunking 8′ to barely getting 8.5′
Its worth it for the price

    My vert just hit 40″!!!

I’ve tried a tonne of cheaper programs, which is something I’d never do again! Stupid AA destroyed me knees. But since I made the decision to buy vertical project, things can’t have gone better. I’ve gained a massive 14″.

I started at 26″ before vp, and now i’m up to 40″ and can dunk very easily! I’m looking forward to resting up and doing this program again in another months time.
