What surprised me though was the products setup. When faced with multiple authors tackling the vertical leap scene, you’d expect conflicting views and created confusion, however this was not the case. Each author focuses on a specific branch of increasing vertical leap. From “how the ankle effects vertical leap” to “jump diets” it all seems to be covered.
I’m looking forward to seeing how people go with this program, and once we have enough feedback I can write a review based on your thoughts. On first view, I wouldn’t have any doubts in saying vertical project is still the leader when it comes to jumping higher, but for those who own Kelly Bagget’s Vertical Bible, which is ranked #2 on the vertcoach site, this new product perfectly complements it, especially if your looking for that extra edge, without the price tag.
